Welshman Lougher comes in to his 26th year of TT competition and keeps on racking up top class results having now surpassed over 100 TT races. For 2009, he remains with Team Blackhorse but has a new challenge having switched to Kawasaki power, the first time he’s ridden a ‘green meanie’ on the Island since 1991. The veteran will once again be the most experienced rider on the grid and although 2009 wasn’t his greatest year he still took three top-ten finishes and still has the desire and hunger to add to his hugely impressive record. Likely to shine most in the two Supersport races.
