Linsdell made a favourable impression at the 2008 TT with some excellent rides and all indications in 2009 were that he was going to advance even further up the leaderboard until it all went wrong during Wednesday evening practice when he was lucky to escape with a broken leg after a tyre blew on the high-speed run through Glen Duff. Now back to full fitness, the 22-year old returns with a strong array of machinery and he should prosper, particularly in the Supersport races where his smaller frame will be to his favour. Most of the focus though will be in the Senior race where he’ll be racing one of the all-new Moto2 GP bikes, an exciting prospect for everyone.
