2010 Parade Lap regulations and entry form released

Regulations and entry forms for the 2010 Isle of Man TT Parade Lap have been released.

The lap of the legendary Mountain circuit will feature vintage racing machines in the Isle of Man Classic TT Parade as well as important motorcycles from the history of Suzuki at the TT, as the manufacturer marks its 50th anniversary at the event.

The lap is scheduled to leave the TT Grandstand in Douglas at 10.45am on Senior Race Day, Friday, June 11th.

It is expected to attract some fabulous classic machines, as well as a few famous faces.

Racing machines built before 1998 - or accurate replicas - are eligible to enter the Parade Lap, although motorcycles built after that date may be accepted if they hold special historical significance.

Numbers are limited to 200 and participants must hold a valid motorcycle road licence and/or an ACU Parade Licence. Participants from outside the UK must produce an English translation of their motorcycle road licence. Any participants aged over 70 on or before June 11th 2010 must complete a medical examination with their GP.

The full regulations can be downloaded from our Parade Lap page.

The entry fee is £200 for solo machines and £275 for sidecars and all entries, accompanied by a recent postcard-size colour photograph of the machine being entered, must be submitted by midday on March 31st, 2010.
