Olie Linsdell will race at the 2013 Isle of Man TT fuelled by Monster Energy.
The Bedfordshire ride has outlined this season’s plans for Team Flitwick Motorcycles, which include a mix of modern and classic events.
Linsdell will begin his season with as many MRO and Thundersport GB rounds as financially possible before the TT, to truly get to grips with the Steve Bond Honda Fireblade.
At the TT, Linsdell will again ride the SMV Engineering Yamaha R6 in the Supersport races, and the Steve Bond/Flitwick Motorcycles Fireblade in the three larger capacity classes.
Fans will then see the very different Suzuki V-Strom racer in the Lightweight race at the end of the week. Linsdell finished as top Suzuki rider in the 2012 event, and machine development will hopefully see an improvement on last year’s 9th place.
After the TT, Linsdell will race on the short circuits, with a variety of machines including the Fireblade, R6, Paton and a TZ350.
He will also compete in several CRMC classic rounds in preparation for the inaugural Classic TT event, from August 23 to 26, where Linsdell is confident of top results in every class. He will be joined in the Team Flitwick Motorcycles outfit by TT veteran Ian Lougher.
