South African AJ Venter, who competed in all six solo classes at this year's Isle of Man TT Races fuelled by Monster Energy and revealed that he has a long term plan to establish himself as one of road racing's front runners.

AJ and the Top Gun Racing Team finished his 2 weeks on the Isle of Man with 4 Bronze Replicas and 2 Finishers Medals. He also managed to improve his fastest lap from last year of 116.1mph to 119.9mph, bringing his fastest race time down by 2min 16sec from last year.

Speaking about this year's TT AJ said:

“Last year's TT was definitely one I will never forget! Having had my whole motorcycle-racing career based on racetracks, racing on the road was something I had never really considered. However, what better place is there to learn than the Isle of Man TT. I have a 5 year plan in place to learn my way around and understand what it's about. What really helped me the most, was the amount of behind the scenes work that the rider liaison officers Milky Quayle and Johnny Barton put in place for the riders, particularly the newcomers, and how friendly and helpful the legends of the sport like John McGuiness and Gary Johnson are.”

He continued:

“Now that I am back home and have had a chance to reflect back on the last 2 weeks, I am really happy with the progress I have made from last year's Senior. My realistic goal for this year was to get a Bronze Replica and to break 120mph lap. I have returned home with 4 Replicas and on paper, my best sectors added together gives me just over 121mph. That shows that the Top Gun Racing Team were superb in every possible way and all my hard work building up has paid off.  We are in the process of planning 2015 with the view of returning back to continue from where we left off this year."
