Motul, partner of the Tourist Trophy: here comes the passion!
The TT realises miracles: gather for a week-time all the ingredients of passion. In such conditions, is it really astonishing to see as official partner a brand that cultivates passion, performance and innovation for over 150 years?
A century-long and worldwide famous race bringing together pure amateurs and great champions; a mythical road throughout the island turning into a breathtaking race track for all enthusiasts; and the incomparable charm of a beautiful island dedicated to motorcycles: Magical!
The TT and the Isle of Man cannot leave indifferent a brand that succeeded internationally thanks to Motorsports, and especially motorcycling. Motul is proud to be the official lubricants partner of the Tourist Trophy for the second consecutive year. Present since it origins on all the tracks around the World and in all motorcycle racing categories, Motul has always confronted its lubricants – like the famous 300V – to the racing scene. Crowned of over 40 World Champion titles, Motul is more than ever willing to add a victory to the TT to its record achievements.
So, in 2011, Motul will count on the talented riders of the Relentless Suzuki Team by TAS Racing. Reinforcing Motul’s strong, and long-standing relationship with the Japanese manufacturer, road-racing specialists Relentless Suzuki by TAS Racing have been victorious in Superbikes, Superstocks and the TT itself. They will be championing the Suzuki GSXR1000 at the TT with two super-successful and well-known names. A winner of the Motul-sponsored Le Mans 24-Hours and Bol d’Or, Guillaume Dietrich is making his debut at the Isle of Man TT on the Mountain course alongside the charismatic and popular Englishman, Guy Martin. The German-born French ace has ridden for the factory Suzuki World Endurance Championship team since 2002 and comes with a proven competition CV. Martin, now a celebrity TV presenter as well as a successful competitor, has a full appreciation of the level of technology required to make it to the top of the podium.
