STANDARD TERMS, CONDITIONS &
MOTOR SPORT REGULATIONS
Please complete and return the booking form by fax, email or online. Bookings will only be accepted upon clearance of payment. Payment may be made via debit / credit card – Switch, Mastercard or Visa, (all card payments are subject to a £10.00 booking fee). Cheques made payable to Signature Sponsorship (IOM) Ltd. BACS payment may be made on application to us. VAT number is 787 0448 93.
If you are paying by BACS we will inform you of your account number to be quoted on all BACS payments. All charges for BACS transfers are to be paid by the customer.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for all tickets is due at the time of booking. Only by prior agreement can invoices be issued for ticket purchase. Payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Signature Sponsorship reserves the right to cancel bookings, with the loss of deposit or cancellation fees charged, as detailed below, where the payment terms are not met. All invoices unpaid after their respective due date for payment shall carry interest on the amounts outstanding from time to time at a rate of 2% above the current base rate of the Bank of England.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Group bookings of 8 tickets or more on any single hospitality day are subject to a discount of 15%. Group bookings can not be split over two or more days and are subject to the same refund and cancellation policy contained herein.
CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS AND RESALE
The client may only terminate an order by notice in writing to Signature Sponsorship Limited. Signature Sponsorship shall be entitled to charge:
- The total value of the package ordered, verbally or in writing, if the cancellation is received less than 12 working weeks prior to the commencement of the event.
- 50% of the total value of the package ordered if the cancellation is received more than 12 but less than 16 weeks before.
- A 15% cancellation fee per ticket, subject to a minimum amount of £40.00 for any cancellation to a confirmed booking received greater than 16 weeks from an event.
Tickets are not for resale and may not be split between Hospitality and Grandstand users.
In the event of a reduction in guest numbers ticket transfers to an alternative guest may be made subject to an amended guest name form being completed and submitted.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Bookings received by email or made online will receive an electronic confirmation receipt. A receipted VAT invoice will be issued for any booking confirmation received by fax or post.
All admission badges, tickets and car park labels will be sent no earlier than 6 weeks before the event. The TT gift pack will be issued to each ticket holder on arrival at the TT VIP Club.
Badges and tickets will be despatched by special delivery. Signature Sponsorship Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any badges, tickets or car park labels once they have left the Signature office. Payment must be made for any replacement badges, tickets or car parking labels lost in transit.
It is highly recommended that you despatch your tickets to your guests by special delivery.
DRESS
Smart casual wear is normal in the TT VIP Club. We encourage those arriving by bike not to wear leathers in the suite.
CATERING
Please indicate on the booking form any special dietary requirements and our caterer will make their best endeavours to meet your requests. Our caterer has the sole rights for the provision of food and liquor within the suite and therefore no items of this nature may be brought into the hospitality area.
ADVERTISING
Hospitality facility users may not affix or display or permit to be affixed or displayed anything whatsoever outside the facility, or visible from outside the facility.
RACE CANCELLATION
Please note that bookings are made for the races on any particular day. A full day’s hospitality will be provided on the chosen day requested. Should all racing and track activity be delayed to the following day (due to weather or other conditions), you will be able to return to the TT VIP Club for an additional cost of £50.00 + vat per head. This fee covers additional food, drink and staff overheads on an additional day. The TT gift pack will not be included on an additional day. The organisers reserve the right to carry over to the new day any hospitality booking that is affected by postponement. Likewise, any knock on affect of postponement may result in further rearranged hospitality. The organisers’ will make best endeavours to minimise the impact of such changes to guests. The organiser reserves the right to amend the format of the hospitality offering on any rearranged day.
Notification and payment must be made to the on site staff on the day cancellation is announced. On site staff will inform you of payment method options.
REVISIONS
Whilst every effort will be made to present the packages as described, Signature Sponsorship Ltd reserves the right to alter where necessary the details of the packages whilst maintaining the value of any packages so affected. Signature Sponsorship reserves the right to withdraw this hospitality offer from sale at any time.
MOTOR SPORT REGULATIONS
WARNING
Motor Sport can be dangerous. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of this, patrons are present at their own risk. No animals, except guide dogs, are admitted to any part of the site, including the car parks. Anyone arriving with an animal will be turned away - even if they have tickets.
Rights to refuse admission are reserved. Patrons shall not do or permit anything to be done which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to Signature Sponsorship Limited, the Isle of Man Department of Tourism and Leisure or its other patrons.
Signature Sponsorship Ltd or its agents shall not be liable for any injury or accident whatsoever to the patron or his guest nor for any loss or damage to, or theft of property however such injury, loss or damage may be caused (whether by the negligence of Signature Sponsorship Limited, the Department of Tourism and Leisure or its employees or otherwise), provided always that this exclusion of liability shall not apply in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Signature Sponsorship Limited, the Department of Tourism and Leisure or its agents or for which it is legally responsible. Signature Sponsorship Limited, the Department of Tourism and Leisure reserve the right to alter or add to the regulations at any time and with immediate effect.
