Biography

Colin, became Tony Rutter’s mechanic for a number of years after finishing racing, he then worked for Barry Ditchburn at the Grands Prix.

I got to know Colin in 1982 when I started racing on the British scene on 125cc, as he used to prepare my bikes and sponsor me.

He’s now retired and recently seriously damaged his leg while snowboarding!

He still keeps in contact with Tony and his son Michael.
