Biography
After finishing second in the 1995 Senior Manx Grand Prix and third in 1996, Roy won the 1997 Junior Manx.
A motor vehicle technician, he turned to the TT Races in 1998, winning a silver replica for 13th in the Junior.
His best placing todate is ninth in the Lightweight 250cc Race.
