Biography
Phil Kneen from Braddan in the Isle of Man has twice been runner-up in the Isle of Man Centre Road Racing Championship, in the Manx Grand Prix he finished seventh in the 1984 Junior and 1985 Senior Races.
A central heating engineer, married to Margaret with two daughters Sarah and Katie, he has ridden in the TT since 1990.
