Biography
German rider Heinz Chittka is a technician from Keltern. In 1998 he finished 44th overall in the Lightweight 400 Class taking 15th place in the 400cc Class. He was 8th in the Singles TT that year too. In 1999 he again finished 15th in the 400cc Race and 8th in the Singles. He has lapped the course at 104mph.
