Witney rider Robert parker is a sidecar racer. As a passenger to Kenny Howles he has finished second, third and fourth and as the driver has finished 39th and 42nd in 1999 and 27th and 36th in 2000. The oxford man's ambition is to achieve a top twenty TT finish.
