Biography
Howard Baker is a quantity surveyor from Lincoln. His sidecar racing career has netted him two replicas - for 18th and 20th at the 1999 meeting. He also finished fourth in the 2000 FSRA F350 Championship. Howard has lapped the course at 101.50mph and his ambition is to finish in the top twenty in the TT sidecar races.
