Biography
Mechanic Steve Rathbone has lapped the course at 113.23mph and in the 1999 Manx Grand Prix Races fiinished fourht in the Newcomers A Race, taking 16th place in the Senior Manx. In 2000 he finished seventh in the Junior Manx. Steve is from Poulton-Le-Fylde.
