Mick Miller was born in Boldon Colliery Co Durham where he was employed by the NCB most of his working life.
His racing career saw him racing sidecar outfits all over the country with his passenger’s Bobby Averill, Peter Hastwell and Guy Miller. With Support from Barkers Motorcycles and Stylebay, Mick used various engines in his outfits including Yamaha and the Popular Hillman Imp engine.
He enjoyed his racing at the IOM TT best where he appeared in ’79 ’81 ’82 and finally 1983 competing in ten races in total.
