Q. What can my username be?
A. Your username can contain a combination of up to 32 letters and numbers, but no spaces - the first word must also not contain a numerical digits. We have had to make the username requirements stricter due to abuse and impersonation of forum users.
Q. Why won't it let me log in?
A. There are a number of possible causes for you not being able to log in. Firstly, please make sure you have your correct password. If you think you might have forgotten it, click the 'Forgot password' link to have a new password generated and emailed to you at the email address stored on our forums. If this doesn't solve your problem, make sure you have cookies enabled, as the forums require cookies to be able to track your session on the site.
Q. Why can't I post?
A. Users are required to log in to the forums to post. If you haven't yet registered, visit the Registration page.
Q. Are there any posting guidelines I must read and adhere to?
A. We require all users to read and adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the iomtt.com forums before posting.
Q. When I try to register I get the message "An error has occured". What does this mean?
A. You have probably used a numeric digit in the first word of your login. The forums do not allow numeric digits within the first word of the username. Try changing it.
