Biography

The bike he rode to 5th place in the Junior TT of 1955 was actually a spare Works Norton. He was offered the ride by the Norton team after doing so well in practice on his new 350 and 500 'customer' Manx Nortons.

I don't know where the 500 Manx is, but the 350 model is up in my shed at the moment. I have owned and raced the bike since 1983.
