The Isle of Man TT is one of the most awesome spectacles in the world, and with the biggest names in road racing lining up for 2009 this year promises to be one of the most dramatic.

There’s nothing on Earth to compare with the thrill of watching the machines blast past from one of the many fantastic viewing spots around the 37¾-mile Mountain Circuit.

Regular visitors may have already chosen their favourite spot, but if you’re new to the TT, or just looking for a different view, iomtt.com – the Official website of the Isle of Man TT – is here to help.

Our new-look Spectator Guide Page now features a downloadable brochure which takes you around the course outlining great locations. There’s advice on access, catering, toilets, charges and more to ensure you have everything you need to know.

The Spectator Guide is provided courtesy of the Official Race Guide, produced by Mannin Media and available with the Official TT 2009 Programme.

While making sure you enjoy the event is a priority, your safety, and the safety of racers, race officials and other fans is paramount. That’s why access to certain areas around the TT course is restricted or prohibited.

It is essential you obey all signs and instructions from marshals and race officials – they are there for your safety.

On our Spectator Guide Page you can find out more about prohibited and restricted areas, as well as downloading maps and photos clearly showing which areas around the course are affected.
