Weather ends play after superb Triumph for Johnson
Gary Johnson made the most of a gap in the weather to score a close-won victory in Monster Energy Supersport Race 1.
After four full on laps the margin between Johnson and second placed Bruce Anstey was just over 1.5 seconds.
Michael Dunlop took the third making it Triumph in first place followed by two Hondas.
Johnson's victory was the first for Triumph since Bruce Anstey won the 2003 Junior on a Valmoto prepared machine in 2003.
The RL360 Superstock race was scheduled to run at 6.15 in the weather altered programme but just before 5.00pm the Clerk of the Course announced there'd be no further racing on Monday.
A revised race schedule will be announced shortly.
