Michael Dunlop to miss Supersport Race 2

It has been confirmed this morning that Michael Dunlop will miss today’s Monster Energy Supersport Race 2.
The popular Northern Irish rider suffered a heavy fall in Sunday’s RST Superbike Race while on course for a 132+mph lap.
Although passed fit to ride he has been suffering from bruising and although he scored a well-earned finish of second in the RL360 Superstock Race yesterday he has decided to concentrate his efforts on getting fully fit for the Blue Riband PokerStars Senior on Friday.
It has been reported he will return to Northern Ireland for physiotherapy before returning to the island for the Senior.
