Biography

My Dad Barry, rode in the Formula 1 and Formula 2, Classic and Senior TT’s on Laverda and Yamaha,

He also rode in the Junior MGP. People may remember him riding the TT course backwards on a Triumph in 1977, he also rode many of UK circuits backwards.

He was a member of the White Helmets motorcycle display team

He had a hang glider on a motor cycle and had his own motor cycle display team. He worked on films and also in television as a stunt rider.

He now lives in Brisbane Queensland, and is making a come back to racing on a Laverda Jota in classic racing.

At 54, you never know the Isle of Man is a long way from here and he would still like to go back and ride in the island, he loves the place
