Biography
A quality manager, Keith Walters is married to Vicky with two children Gaenor and Keith. From Neath Abbey, Keith is a sidecar racer. In 1999 he finished 22nd and in 2000 took 18th and 30th places. He also had a fifth place in the 2000 Southern 100 meeting. Keith has lapped the course at 99mph and his ambition is a top 10 finish.
