Harris has been making the long trip from New Zealand for 14 years now and his pair of race wins in 2003 were celebrated all across the Isle of Man. It’s always been a rollercoaster ride for the diminutive Kiwi with outstanding performances offset by heartache and injury. He continues to bounce back and anyone who is writing him off after a lacklustre 2004 (where a solitary 12th place was all he had to show for his efforts) does so at their peril. Only Lougher has more experience and only Farquhar can rival his determination.
