Biography
Business development manager Phil Harvey is married to Michelle with two children William and Freya. From Goole, Phil finished 12th in the 1998 Ultra Lightweight Race winning a bronze replica. He was 10th in 1999 and 11th in 2000 taking a silver replica home on this occasion. In 2000 Phil also finished 9th in the Ulster Grand Prix 125cc Race. He has lapped the course at 104.62mph, and his TT ambitions include a top eight finish in the Ultra-Lightweight and a top fifteen finish in the Lightweight Race.
