For your information we have found the following facts about Freddie entered in the book of remembrance at, St James the great Shirley Solihull West Midlands.

" In the dear memory of Frederick George Hicks Beloved husband of Eva Rosalie, who died of injuries received whilst competing in the Senior Tourist Trophy Motor Cycle Race in the Isle of Man, 19th June 1931, aged 30 years".

His memorial is a stone helmet and crossed stone gloves.
