Biography
A motorcycle race instructor for Ron Haslam, married to Wendy with a daughter Rio and a son Jack, Russell Henley finished third in the Lightweight Manx Grand Prix of 1995, winning the event in 1996.
He finished 27th in the 1997 Ultra-Lightweight TT and took a finishers award in the 1999 Production Race.
Last years, on his Honda 125 he finished 22nd in the Ultra Lightweight TT.
