Arai 2013 RX7GP TT IOM 2013 Helmet

Arai Helmets, the official helmet partner of the Isle of Man TT have produced a limited edition model celebrating the Isle of Man TT 2013. The eye-catching retro design, inspired by Arai rider and TT great Joey Dunlop’s iconic yellow helmet, was unveiled at the Fans’ Party held at the Villa Marina, Douglas, Isle of Man.

Strictly limited to a small production run the design of the RX-7 GP IOM TT 2013 was created by Italian style maestro Aldo Drudi. It features the Three Legs of Mann logo, the chequered flag and the famous “TT” lettering.

As well as introducing the new helmet design the 2013 Isle of Man TT fuelled by Monster Energy will see Arai offer a range of services specifically for fans for the first time.

Come practice week an Arai customer service unit at the TT grandstand will be entirely dedicated to serving Arai owners. Anybody with an Arai helmet will be invited to visit for a full service, clean and parts replacements.

The service is free of charge, although replacement parts may incur a charge.

Although the Arai team will provide this service free-of-charge to owners they will be encouraging fans to make a donation to the Joey Dunlop Foundation.

In addition to the customer service Arai will also fit the popular TT visor stickers to all Arai helmets free of charge but, again, a donation to the Joey Dunlop Foundation would be appreciated.

Finally, the mobile Arai Inspiration Centre (a giant inflatable Arai Helmet within the paddock) will be operational throughout Race Week featuring a display of special Arai helmets.

Visitors can try on any Arai helmet of their choice, and with the ‘Ride before you buy’ program can also take a test-ride with a genuine Arai helmet.
