Riley

We have received this fundraising request from Sidecar racer Dean Banks whose daughter Naomi and her partner Rob had triplets earlier this year, named Oscar, Riley and Bethany. All seemed to be beautiful bouncing babies in perfect health.

However, the family noticed Riley wasn't using his left arm as much as his right so Naomi and Rob took him to hospital where the ultra-sound and MRI scan revealed that Riley had a tumour. After further tests Riley's condition was diagnosed as Extrarenal Rhabdoid Tumour, which is a rare and extremely aggressive form of cancer. This picture was taken earlier this week, where you can clearly see the tumour between Riley's neck and left shoulder.

Riley started having blood transfusions as his haemoglobin levels were low and started his chemotherapy as soon as possible after diagnosis.

The family are desperately trying to raise money to get Riley the best treatment possible with the view to getting him to America to access the very best medical treatment on offer.

With Extrarenal Rhabdoid Tumour Riley is going to need all the help he can get and the family and friends want to do all they can.

If you would like to contribute to the family's expenses the donation page can be found here:
