Rising road racing star Dean Harrison will receive Kawasaki factory-backing at the 2013 Isle of Man TT.
It has been confirmed the 23-year-old, for rides for Bristol-based RC Express Racing, will receive direct support from Kawasaki Motors UK for the rest of this year and throughout 2013.
Harrison and the team are targeting top honours at the TT.
RC Express Racing team owners, father and son Roy and Ben Constable, said:
“After only deciding to start a race team earlier this year, getting Dean on board and receiving this valuable support from Kawasaki Motors UK is far beyond where we imagined we would be.”
“If Dean continues to improve at the rate of knots he has so far we’ll be absolutely delighted”
Ross Burridge of Kawasaki Motors UK added:
“We have been keenly watching Dean's progress this year and are understandably impressed.”
“We spoke to Roy and Ben at Team RC Express Racing and agreed on a mutually beneficial support package. Naturally it is our desire to see this enthusiastic new team flourish and achieve even better results moving forward.”
“Roll on 2013 and the Isle of Man TT festival!”
