Isle of Man TT to feature on Al Jazeera English this week

The Isle of Man TT is the focus of a new television programme being broadcast this week.
The Isle of Man TT: A Most Dangerous Addiction, is part of the Correspondent series on Al Jazeera English.
In the programme, reporter Simon McGregor Wood looks at what attracts racers to the TT.
Although not racing, Simon, a self-professed “petrol head”, took part in the 2012 TT and the programme follows him as he takes a close look at the passion and dedication that drives people to risk everything to ride at the TT.
Viewers also look at what makes the races so exceptional and what makes the Isle of Man so unique.
Isle of Man TT: A Most Dangerous Addiction is broadcast at 8pm on Thursday on Al Jazeera English, available on Freeview channel 83, Sky Guide 514 and Freesat channel 203.
