More London flights to TT
British Airways will run additional flights from London to help cope with demand during the 2013 Isle of Man TT fuelled by Monster Energy.
The airline will provided hundreds of extra seats on its service between London City Airport and the Isle of Man during the TT, which runs from May 25 to June 8.
Present plans are for eight additional flights to operate, with a mix of Saab 2000 and Embraer 170 and 190 aircraft, but if there is enough demand even more flights will be added to the schedule.
Tickets, starting from £69 one way, are available to book now.
Luke Hayhoe, British Airways commercial general manager at London City said: “The TT Races are over 100-years-old and attract visitors from all over the UK and abroad to watch racing in such a unique setting with the beautiful scenery of the Isle of Man as a backdrop.”
“There is huge demand for travel from the UK and Europe so we decided to add these extra flights with some very competitive fares.”
