Charlie Williams to host TT VIP Hospitality

Nine time TT Race winner Charlie Williams will host the VIP Hospitality events at the 2014 Isle of Man TT Races fuelled by Monster Energy.
The affable Cheshire born rider, who will be making a return to competitive racing on the Mountain Course at this year's Classic TT, is well known to TT fans following his fourteen-year career on the Island, but he also raced at Grand Prix level. His highest place was 5th, which he achieved twice; at Assen in the 500cc class in 1974 and Silverstone in the 350cc class in 1981 to go alongside his GP points when the Isle of Man TT was part of the World Championship.
Charlie will be the VIP Hospitality host for each of the four TT Race days, interviewing the VIP guests including Formula 1 stars and motorcycling legends as well as the top three riders from each of the day's TT Races. This year's Platinum VIP Table Hosts, with 32 wins between them over four decades include Phillip McCallen, Brian Reid, Mick Grant and Ian Lougher who will be in the hospitality facility for each of the four race days.
Other guests expected to visit the facility during this year’s TT include Formula 1 team boss Eddie Jordan, Italian former GP World Champion Luca Cadalora and DJ's Danny Howard and Carl Cox with more motorsport stars and other celebrities due to be announced shortly.
Charlie will also be on hand for the sold out 'Final Countdown' qualifying evening session on Friday 30th May, when he'll be interviewing the fastest qualifiers in each class immediately after the session, and the MotoGP Mad Sunday Lunch with big screen action from Mugello on Sunday 1st June.
