Announcement due at 11.00am regarding Saturday schedule
Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson is due to make an announcement at 11.00am today regarding the schedule for Saturday.
Roads had been due to close this morning but at 8.20 a decision was taken to hold off until noon at the earliest as a result of unfavourable weather conditions.
On Friday evening the Clerk of the Course confirmed the RST Superbike race would be held on Sunday due to forecast strong winds, the intention at that stage was to run untimed practice sessions on Saturday morning and the Sure Sidecar Race 1 in the afternoon.
